While assisting with Partnership Sales for the VB Sportsplex, Carter found a passion for helping companies grow their brand through sports marketing. He is currently in his second season working for the Louisville Bats (Triple-A Affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) as a Partnership Sales Account Executive.

Carter Thornton began his sport management journey in 2015 at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex, working in Stadium Operations. He now lives in Henderson, Nevada, where he serves as a Football Operations Assistant for the Las Vegas Raiders.
